TESTIMONIALS

The best time I spend”

“It was a truly wonderful moment in my work; thank-you for helping give me the tools.

You are amazing at what you do and I tell everyone wherever I go about how wonderful you are.

I just wanted to let you know that your sessions have been amazing. I have got so much out of them. You have such a calm soothing voice and I have learned to keep loving myself more.

Thanks a million you are absolutely brilliant at what you do, the sessions have all been amazing.

It was relaxing and refreshing combined.

“So happy to have found you and am thankful for all that you encourage in others.

It was a delight to work with you Frazer, as always.

The team haven’t forgotten to breathe and some of them take a daily walking meditation.

“Thanks so much for them, I have loved them all.

They are very comforting in this time of madness in life.

Everyone appreciates the helpful and meaningful work you did together with our staff this past year.

Staff just appreciating having a space to reflect and meditate.

And they need it.  Someone said it was the best CPD they’d had in years.

I only had the confidence to do this practice…because you taught me that there is no right or wrong way to meditate.
